Morning Fresh Dairy

Morning Fresh Dairy has worked the same Bellvue land since 1894, and five generations on it is a Northern Colorado institution. The dairy tour gets you close to the cows, shows the sustainable side of the operation, and explains how the milk goes from “mooo to you” in 24 hours. Afterwards the onsite Howling Cow Café is part deli, part coffee house, part ice cream shop and part mercantile — a custom bagel sandwich for lunch, a chocolate milk shot for the kids, and a dog-friendly patio. The shop carries local artwork, Colorado specialty foods, Beeyond the Hive honey, Noosa yoghurt and fresh milk to take back to the cabin. A wholesome family stop at the gateway to the canyon.
