Two 32-page beautifully illustrated, hand-made soft cover books, full of the stories behind the places you’ll visit — a coloring book, and an activity book with the Pioneer Passport built into it. There are six stamps to collect along the route. Send us a photo of the finished passport at the end of the trip and we will mail your explorer a free 11 x 17″ poster.

The narrated app, with a story for every stop, full GPS navigation for the whole route (27 stories & tracks), and all seven coupons on your phone — $120 of local value at coffee shops, restaurants, a cabin rental and a family trail ride.

It’s a little heavy on the driving for day 3 – but the stories are fantastic and the kids loved the coloring books! We camped, so we didn’t stay at the lodges. It’s a great way to discover things you never new out here!

Shipping Policy

Most of what we sell — shirts, hats, mugs, stickers and printed goods — is made to order by our print partner after you place your order. That is why delivery takes a little longer than off-the-shelf goods: production time comes first, then transit. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

Colorado: $5.00 flat rate.
Elsewhere in the U.S.: $6.50–$12.00 flat rate, depending on your location.
Your exact rate is calculated and shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Free local pickup — Poudre Park Market

Pickup at Poudre Park Market is free, and it is available for the Wild West Explorer Package and its add-ons only. Those are the items we fulfill ourselves here in the canyon.

Choose Pickup at Poudre Park Market in the cart or at checkout. There is no shipping charge.
Your package is waiting for you at the market on Day 1 of your trip, on the travel start date you select on the product page.
Everything else in the shop ships from our print partner and cannot be picked up. If you add a shirt, hat or printed item to the same cart, the whole order switches to shipping — so please order those separately if you want pickup.

Digital items

Our apps and digital passes — including the Larimer Wilds Trails and Fishing apps — are delivered electronically. Nothing physical ships and no shipping is charged. Access details go to the email address on your order.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. If your address falls outside our shipping zones you will see that at checkout — email us at [email protected] and we will see what we can do.

Refund Policy

Because our items are made to order by print-on-demand partners or crafted by independent regional makers, we maintain a defect-only return policy. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, subjective taste, or the wrong size — please check the sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We will gladly refund or replace any item that arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit.

You have 14 days

You must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything requested outside that window will be rejected.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your original order number in the subject line or body.
Attach clear photographs of the defective or damaged item, and of the original packaging and shipping materials.
We will reply with a secure link to create your Return Authorization and further instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you have an RA, and never send it to the manufacturer or print facility.

If your item came from an Artisan Outpost maker, contact that vendor first using the email on their Artisan Outpost profile — they issue the RA for their own goods.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives crushed, torn or visibly damaged, photograph the unopened package before you open it. We cannot issue an RA for shipping damage without photographic evidence of the original shipping materials — that documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier.

Final sale — not returnable

Intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Digital products, app subscriptions, downloadable products and gift cards are final sale.
Clearance and sale items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for defect-related refunds.

We require your receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return or claim.

Refunds and timing

Once your defective or damaged item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is processed immediately and credited to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds? Rural internet is fast, but the banking system is slow. Check your bank account, then your card company (a refund often takes several days to post), then your bank's processing times. If it still hasn't landed, email [email protected].

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancelling an order

Because items are made to order, we can only cancel before production starts. If you need to cancel or change an order, email [email protected] immediately with your order number and we will stop it if we still can.

Exchanges

We keep it simple: we replace items only if they are defective or damaged in transit. To exchange a busted item for an exact replacement, follow the Return Authorization steps in our Refund Policy above.

Return shipping

Because we limit returns to defective or damaged goods, we stand behind what we ship — we cover the cost of return shipping. When your RA is approved, we (or the Artisan vendor) send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.

Transit times for a replacement vary with where you live and current mountain road conditions.
The original shipping cost from your first order is non-refundable.

Partial refunds

Our policy covers defective items only, so partial refunds are rare. If an exception is authorized, or an item comes back missing parts or not in its original condition through no error of ours, only a partial refund is granted, at our sole discretion.

Gifts

Shipped to you as a gift: once the defective item is received, you get a digital gift credit for its value.
Shipped to the giver: if the order wasn't marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser, we must refund the original purchaser — which means they will find out.
