Canyon Grille

The Canyon Grille is the on-site restaurant at Poudre River Resort, roughly 35 miles northwest of Fort Collins on Highway 14 in the Poudre Canyon. They serve casual grill fare, and there’s an outdoor patio above the river where most folks end up eating. It runs as a summer-season spot, popular with canyon travelers, campers and locals.
